22" Wide HIX Conveyor Oven
The HIX E-2255 conveyor oven comes standard with a digital temperature control, analog belt speed control. The 22" opening allows the printer to cure larger garments. It has
separate 120 volt plugs for the heating element and belt drive. The best feature of the E-2255 oven is the $2,195 price and the HIX quality. Backed by 46 years of engineering knowhow, HIX dryers are among the most efficient dryers on the market so this unit is not only inexpensive to obtain, but it will continue to save money in energy and operating costs.

4 Color 1 Station NP Printer
With the all-in-one printer/oven feature, the four color one station printer sits conveniently atop the E-2255 oven. This is our same prograde printer as our Premier Printer; the fastest manual screen printer in the world. The printer standard features include: on/off contact and inclination adjustments, oversized / 12" long back screen clamps, totally tool-less and state
of the art micro registration and 15" X 15" wood laminate shirt boards. Upgrades/options include aluminum shirt boards, side clamps for large format up to 36"x36", King PIN registration, cap printing attachment, air lift assist, and vacuum platens for transfer/ film/ rigid substrate printing.

4 23" x 21" Retensionable Screen Frames
HIX Reten aluminum retensionable screen frames allow you to leave all of the hassles behind since there are no special stretching tables, no spline alignment clips, no giant tools, no warping or twisting, no mesh protectors, no printer clamp adapters, and no special stainless steel corner hardware. HIX Square Retens are durable yet lightweight easily assembled and stretched to full tension in minutes. In addition the frames come with the retensionable tool kit and instructional video.

TT-180E Exposure Unit
It's here and we have a backlog after our intro at SGIA just one month ago. The 180E takes the best features of our best selling table top TT180 table top, exposure unit: a large 25x31 exposure area, 6 high out put UV lamps and auto reset timer. At 40% lower price. We have eliminated the expensive vacuum pump and blanket and replaced it with a compressible foam pad and our 'light tight' lock down lid. Individually it sells for $995 which makes it the economical alternative and maintaining HIX quality.
