The S-650 and S-450 series machines now open even quieter than before. The S series presses have been revamped to include a digital pressure readout and a softer auto-opening upper platen. The presses will no longer come standard with interchangeable lower platens.

Now, when ordering either an S-450P, S-650P or Swingman 20 heat press, special order instruction needs to be given if interchangeable platen are required for the order. These orders will be treated as custom orders and an additional cost for an interchangeable platen kit will be added to the price of each machine.

We get asked about a pre-press on our new 880D and yes you can order your 880D with the pre-press button as an option. It is just $25 more than the base 880D. Here is another great tip to speed up your production and by pass the need for pre-press. Put 4-12 blank shirts on your 880D or HOSS air automatic press. (Yarn weight and thickness is the difference in the quantity you can start with..... just try a couple to start). Once you set the right quantity on the lower, place your transfer in place and 'press'... peel and remove. Then do the same on the next (which is already hot and smooth as a baby's bottom ) and so on. Remember you can always 'pre-press' simply by flipping the on /off switch for that wrinkled or first one.
