The SwingMan series of heat transfer machines are HIX’s newest entry to the ever growing Sublimation and Specialty transfer industry. Available in single and dual lower platens, in 16 x20 inch or 20x25” sizes, these heavy duty swing away presses features the innovative dual lower platens which are interchangeable with our smaller or custom lower platen systems. Dual lower platens allow the operator to prepare the next print while the other station is transferring the image, ideal for tile printing, sequins, rhinestones, athletic lettering or simply the convenience and speed of placing the second substrates while the first is under the heat cycle. Our 16” x 20” Twin, also available in a 20x25” size has true, direct up and down heat platen movement. These presses are designed to transfer on tiles, plaques and other 3-D substrate applications up to 1-3/4” thick as well as traditional garments. Digital time and temperature readouts accurately display time and temperature to 450°F. The over center lock down handle provides easy clamping. The rear mount pressure adjustment is capable of producing more downward force than any standard 16”x20” manual heat press. The built in pivot bearing allows smooth and accurate motion to both platens. This press is a must have for the production minded. An optional 32” high stand is available for either our oversized 20x25 or our smaller 16x20 Single or Twin SwingMan models.
