All HIX® screen printers feature micro adjustment, dual, heavy duty machined rotary print wheels, and cast/machined head assemblies with full parallel off-contact adjustment. They feature gas screen lifts – NO SPRINGS! That means you’ll never see your squeegees fly through the workshop. No need to hold the screen until it's fully lifted. There's no jerky movements that could take the press out of registration. These gas springs allow for controlled lifting of all screens from the print surface with minimal effort.

The 6 Color / 4 Station Printers come on a floor stand, and features standard 16" x 18" rubber-topped aluminum platens and back clamps that create a strong printing platform.
DESIGN
Micro-registration allows simple and fast adjustments of the screen to align parallel with printing surface. Screens are leveled and ready to print in a matter of seconds. The head assemblies are cast and machined with full parallel off-contact adjustments. Totally tool-less, on/off contact and incline adjustments.
UPGRADEABLE
All Premier Printers are upgradable as your needs grow. The 6 Color / 4 Station can be upgraded to the 6 Color / 6 Station floor model printers.
