All HIX® screen printers feature micro adjustment, dual heavy duty machined rotary print wheels, and cast/machined head assemble with full parallel off-contact adjustment. They feature gas screen lifts – NO SPRINGS! That means you’ll never see your squeegees fly through the workshop. No need to hold the screen until it's fully lifted. There's no jerky movements that could take the press out of registration. These gas springs allow for controlled lifting of all screens from the print surface with minimal effort.

The 6 Color / 6 Station Printers come on a floor stand, standard 16" x 18" rubber-topped aluminum platens and back clamps to create a strong printing platform.
DESIGN
Micro-registration allows simple and fast adjustments of the screen to align parallel with printing surface. Screens are leveled and ready to print in a matter of seconds. The head assemblies are cast and machined with full parallel off-contact adjustments. Totally tool-less, on/off contact and incline adjustments.
UPGRADEABLE
The Premier Series Printers are upgradable as you grow. The 6 Color / 6 Station printer can be upgraded by adding optional accessory items such as side clamps and the 6-Color Air Assist kit.
